About the Job: We're on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Junior Executive in Human Resources to join our team at Redwing. If you're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, loves HR challenges, we want to hear from you!



What will you be doing? 


1. Talent Acquisition:


  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process for full-time, intern, and contract roles.
  • Draft and publish compelling job descriptions across platforms (LinkedIn, Instahyre, campus job boards, etc.).
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and panelists.
  • Communicate effectively with applicants and maintain timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in organizing walk-in recruitment drives and campus placement engagements.
  • Maintain applicant tracking sheets and contribute to recruitment funnel analysis.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and proactively build pipelines


2. HR Generalist Functions:

  • Facilitate new employee orientation, induction sessions, and onboarding documentation.
  • Serve as a go-to contact for employee queries—leave policy, reimbursement, benefits, etc.
  • Maintain and update the employee database and HR trackers.
  • Support implementation of performance management cycles and HR reviews.
  • Assist in coordinating training & development programs for different teams.
  • Facilities Management


3. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all HR processes are in compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, contracts, and regulatory documents.
  • Assist in drafting SOPs, HR policy updates, and notices.
  • Manage PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance processes in coordination with consultants.


4. Employee Engagement:

  • Organize regular employee engagement activities—team outings, birthdays, shoutouts, etc.
  • Conduct informal check-ins and pulse surveys to gather employee feedback.
  • Assist with planning quarterly off-sites or internal bonding sessions.
  • Contribute creative ideas to strengthen Redwing’s culture and boost team morale.


5. HR Administration Functions:

  • Support travel and logistics for employees including flight/train bookings, hotel accommodations, and local commute arrangements.
  • Help coordinate operations-related needs such as ID cards, access provisioning, or company asset tracking.
  • Assist with event logistics, both internal (like town halls) and external (partner visits or audits).



See your fit: 

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on HR experience.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and laws.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS or ATS experience is a plus.
